What Is The Enneagram?

The Enneagram identifies nine distinct personality types—each driven by a unique core motivation and way of perceiving the world. 

Unlike other assessments that focus only on behaviors, the Enneagram delves into the why behind our actions, providing profound insight into our habitual patterns, strengths, and challenges. 

By understanding your Enneagram type, you can gain greater clarity about your personal and professional motivations, improve relationships, and enhance leadership, ultimately fostering a deeper connection with yourself and others.

Step 1: Take The Enneagram Assesment

It all begins with the iEQ9 Enneagram assessment. You’ll respond to thought-provoking questions, each designed to encourage deep reflection on yourself and your behaviors. As the most accurate Enneagram test, the iEQ9 is based on the latest scientific insights. The assessment takes about 30 minutes to complete and is best taken in a calm, quiet setting.

Step 2: Schedule your debrief coaching session

Designed for growth-oriented professionals, the Enneagram will help you unlock your full potential, both in the workplace and in life.

Discover your Enneagram type and apply its insights to enhance relationships and results. After completing the iEQ9 assessment, you'll schedule a 30-minute virtual debrief session with me to explore your results.

Enneagram for Thriving Teams

Each participant will identify their unique type through the iEQ9 Professional Report, gaining valuable insights into their motivations and strengths. Teams will receive the iEQ9 Team Report with a 60-minute debrief to explore dynamics and improve collaboration. Interactive workshops—offered in-person or virtually—will then apply Enneagram principles to drive growth and enhance team performance. Choose between Team Retreat or Team Transformation experiences.

Team Retreat

This package includes a 4-hour workshop, a 60-minute debrief with the team leader, and an iEQ9 Professional Report for each participant, offering valuable insights into team dynamics and individual strengths.

Team Transformation

In addition to everything in the Team Retreat, this package includes a 60-minute coaching session for each participant, a quarterly team coaching session, and a dedicated leadership coaching package for the team leader, ensuring continued long-term growth.
