Enneagram for Thriving Teams

Each participant will identify their unique type through the iEQ9 Professional Report, gaining valuable insights into their motivations and strengths. Teams will receive the iEQ9 Team Report with a 60-minute debrief to explore dynamics and improve collaboration. Interactive workshops—offered in-person or virtually—will then apply Enneagram principles to drive growth and enhance team performance. Choose between Team Retreat or Team Transformation experiences.

Team Retreat

This package includes a 4-hour workshop, a 60-minute debrief with the team leader, and an iEQ9 Professional Report for each participant, offering valuable insights into team dynamics and individual strengths.

Team Transformation

In addition to everything in the Team Retreat, this package includes a 60-minute coaching session for each participant, a quarterly team coaching session, and a dedicated leadership coaching package for the team leader, ensuring continued long-term growth.
